Well this was shortly after he was pinned down by Hellfire Mjolnir. Can Robin wield a Hellfire Mjolnir? He also took a lot of punishment in his Mighty Avengers run (Stabbed, lit on fire, disemboweled). I think Bane is slightly out of his league here without Venom

Blood isn't an amp for Blade in the comics. Like any vampire he has the thirst, but in a forum fight you'd assume he wasn't suffering from the thirst.

Strength might be similar. Blade tore through metahumans in Mighty Avengers (tore a were scorpion's limbs off and beat them to death with it.

Speed also isn't comparable.

Come on Stilt you know that’s not true. Blade has plenty of meta feats in the comics. Stripping him of weapons/“amps” def makes this fight interesting, but Blade’s relationship with blood is similar to Namor’s with water. If he’s not particularly weakened, he’s still plenty fast/strong/healing factory

Blade has plenty of meta feats in the comics.

If you compare him to someone like Night Trasher or Prowler... maybe.

Even the namor comparison is tough because I don't think we've ever seen Blade get a boost from drinking blood. he's only ever even been weakened from the thirst once in the comics.

Well, he's thanking Thor Rider there for the drink, so it's not exactly harming him.

Jumps and kicks a demon through the ceiling and nearly an additional story into the air:

Put Ironheart down in her armor (equivalent to Ironman's for anyone who doesn't read the comic)

You drink water right? What impact does it have on you when it rains?

There's really been nothing so far to suggest Blade receives any power amp when he drinks blood. in fact we've seen the opposite. we've seen him drink super powered vampire Blood and all it did was weaken the other vampire. it gave him no strength.

No, you'll be able to do sports at your optimal level. Water doesn't make you any stronger than you otherwise would be. Saying Blade is amped by Blood is like saying Captain America is amped by food.

If he didn't have that blood rain, would he have performed as well as he did against Mjolnir?

Edit: but good analogy. If Cap was hungry, and he was fed, yeah, he would be amped.

If Superman - who feeds on sunlight - is given sunlight, he'd be amped.
