Thread premise leaves it pretty open. "Going rogue" could mean several things. Very few could suddenly start swinging on all the other members and win.
Buuuuut, "going rogue" could also mean surreptitiously acting against them. Batman could plot without the League even realizing he's doing it. If he manipulates them into place for a year, then acts, or leads them to a suicide mission/etc...the only real debate is if they'd catch on in time. He could be the most dangerous in that sense.

Basically. They trust him so much with their tactics, even if it's a suicide mission they'll keep the faith and blindly follow.
That said, they'd follow Superman into hell as well. But he's not as dirty.
