Difficult choice - Batman is, well, Batman (in No Mans land he had plans prepared for each of his plans ...for each of his plans; and in Obsidian Age he further demonstrated just how good he was with his plans for when the JLA was zapped back in time).
Then you have Doom! Victor is one of a small number I think could outprep Bruce!
However, you added Constantine. He is really a hard cat to trap! Even when you have won, and his broken body is sprawled before you, you can never REALLY be sure you have won. He has a way of even defeating powerful entities.
Answer: while I think Bruce is smarter than John, and Victor is smarter than Bruce ....I would say that John C is the winner here.
