You'll be back still trying to strawman me and getting upset because you still can't nail me for saying stuff that you called it. 🙂
I seriously enjoyed this convo. I laughed quite a bit. More like I take pleasure in how overly confident you are in your own phantom memories.

Why do you guys think I never called it home invasion or criminal trespass?I called it evidence of criminal trespass and likely evidence of burglary. But we still do not know what is on those 3 minutes of video.

According to Georgia law, even if you do not steal anything, it is considered burglary to enter a home, without permission, with intent to steal. It gets much worse for home invasion burglaries in Georgia law.
Georgia also has criminal trespass laws.

Also, some people are stating he took a hammer and the work boots from somehwere because, in the video where we see him casing that home, he is wearing shoes. When he confronts the McMichael's in the video where he is shot, he is wearing boots. Others have done a frame by frame analysis and state that Arbery had a hammer. I haven't seen that analysis.
But it would indicate that Arbery acquired at least the work boots at some point. He died in them. It kind of ruins the plausible deniability angle from his family, at this point. When they review this case and it goes to trial, all of these things will come out.
The McMichael's were legitmately trying to stop a burglar who was running away after getting caught. The case will focus on whether or not the use of deadly force was justifiable under Georgia law. If the hammer argument is legit, this is an easy case. If it is not, you have to prove WTF happened out of view in front of that truck: 1 second of time. Crazy. This case might be studied by future lawyers.

About that...He said he didn't notify them.
So...his phone records would clearly indicate he did if he lied. He was 2 hours away when Arbery broke into his house to try and rob him.
YW 😉

So you agree with me when I said this (not what PVS strawmanned my position to be):

...my stance has always been burglary if the 3 minutes shows Arbery rummage through any of English's stuff.
So you disagree with PVS and you agree with me.

No you most certainly did not provide a quote where I called Arbery's actions a home invasion.😐

The two words "home invasion" appear in my post but I never once called Arbery's actions a home invasion and never once did I refer to Arbery's actions as a criminal trespass.

Bro-tip: Why don't you take a break from all your gaslighting/rage and enjoy your 37th birthday.

Bit of an update. The hearing was a few hours ago, and the judge decided the McMichaels and Brian will stand trial on all charges. It will advance to the superior court.
Additionally, the GBI agent, Richard Dial, testified that racist messages have been found on Travis's social media accounts. Travis has said he loved his job because "....there weren't any N-words anywhere" and that someone should've "blown that N-word's head off" in reference to an undisclosed event according to Dial. Racist messages were also found on Brian's phone leading up to the killing.

If they posted racist shit: likely racist. If they didn't: likely not.

To get the hate crime charge, there needs to be a body of evidence that supports that. Usually, when legit hate crimes based on race are legit committed, there is a vast body of evidence such as screaming racist terms during the fight, a 911 call that either directly or hints that the person is motivated by race, social media, text messages, etc.

that line is another nail in their collective coffin
It shows possible premeditated murder intentions if the prosecution can angle it as such and it certainly furthers the fact that everyone with a brain already knew: They're racist, Arbery was targeted because he as Black.
This interview breaks down the case details.
The "3rd guy" and "3rd video" show a whooooole lot more. The legendary video that makes the confrontation a lot more clear.
The 3rd video makes it clear that Arbery, feeling like he had no other choice, confronted McMichael Sr. He was being "corralled" like cattle.
Also, the 3rd guy and the son exchanged many comms, violent comms, about black men. For years, apparently.
However, the case is muddied because it seems like one or more of the 3 pursuers had first hand knowledge and justified pursuit may be present.
Also, the racial slur the police said that he heard McMichael jr say is in question: he wasn't close enough to him to hear it and the lawyer things this defense can get it struck from the case as "hearsay."
The lawyer thinks that the dad has a 50% chance of being acquitted but the son has a much smaller chance.
They go into details for why they didn't want to press charges at first. It seems pretty obvious that the police don't want comms looked into between McMichael Sr. and fellow police because of some white supremacy statements or racial slurs they may have used. It would call into question 17 years of cases. Which is likely why the first batch of prosecutors passed on the case. 🙂
Watch this whole video, it breaks down evidence that we the public have not been allowed to see, yet:
This thread is great.
Here's real talk:
Ahmed Arbery was a violent criminal who was clearly trying to commit a burglary or case the house for a future burglary when it got dark. Only a white, self-loathing, leftist retard would deny what Arbery was clearly doing.
Someone saw him which is why he sprinting away from the house all of a sudden. After 3 minutes of looking around the English' second home that was under construction. English put cameras up in his home. For reasons.
The McMichael's pursued Arbery because they were racist, overly zealous, vigilantes, that were tired of black people burglarizing their neighborhood.
Are we allowed to say everyone sucks here? Even the police seem to be dirty in this scenario. Prosecutors, too.
