Wow, what blatant racism, not even trying to hide it. The "negro" didn't obey commands given, so he was naturally killed.

There's not really any hard evidence that they're racist, no. They probably are though. They see a black man in their neighborhood running and they immediately assume he's robbing homes, try to accost him and give him commands, and then when he tries to desperately fight back against a guy pointing a gun at him they kill him. You would have to be pretty stupid to discount racial profiling as a motivating factor for the murderers. Tim Pool apparently (I'm too lazy to watch the video someone confirm pls) tried to paint this as being more "complicated" than just two men murdering someone in cold blood but it's not, and you'd have to either be extremely stupid or sympathetic to the two murderers' action for some reason to disagree with that.
Why do you care that people are calling them racist though? Whose honor are you defending? Are you defending the honor of two people who hounded and murdered an unarmed man illegally by demanding people not call them racist? Or are you defending other racists by not wanting them lumped in with two guys who killed a man in cold blood? Or are you just trying to fight against a narrative you disagree with, that racism against blacks is still notably common and dangerous? Even if that was the case, what is the net negative of people calling these men racist and disavowing them for their perceived racism?
And good luck by the way, given how this was apparently two good ol' boys tailing a black man with a truck and then killing him without any due process, which is very strongly evocative of mid-20th century lynchings. People aren't going to overlook the resemblance.
Robtard is definitely gaslighting though, but again who cares? This board is nothing but right versus left trolling and you have no leg to stand on. You're not innocent of it at all. 👇

If I argue that Clinton won the popular vote, citing that she received 3-million more votes than Trump, my argument is not wrong if the number of votes is actually closer to 2,864,974.Because the premise that she received millions more votes is still true, whether the precise number is 2,864,974 or 3-million.
That is why you look like a retard for thinking you have something here.
I thought the original number was 98.27%?
20% difference
So it would be like the difference between winning the presidential election by -3 million votes or winning it by 7.4 million votes.

Manslaughter seems to light for what they did. I think they should be convicted of 2nd degree murder.
I am sometimes smart. In this instance, I am smart.
Georgia doesn't have "degrees of murder" charges. There is no first degree or second degree murder.
In this instance, the exact charge would likely be voluntary manslaughter.

Here's the Voluntary Manslaughter Laws:
https://statelaws.findlaw.com/georgia-law/georgia-voluntary-manslaughter-laws.html
Intentionally killing another person as a result of "sudden, violent, irresistible passion" caused by "serious provocation." There can't be a significant cooling off period" between the provocation and the killing or it can become a murder charge.
Unless they can prove this was fully planned and intentional, there's no way the prosecutors could get the Murder charge to stick and they'd lose their case. However, they have a very good chance of getting the Voluntary Manslaughter charge to stick. Which is what the prosecutor will likely go for.
This whole case changes if the 2 ever digitally communicated that "we are going to stakeout the place and kill the bastard." That immediately escalates the charges to Murder.

Stupid. "Did not comply with commands." WTF?
You can't shoot someone for not complying with a citizens arrest!
