I have none. However, I did accidentally ingest ~700MG of caffeine all at once and I experienced the uncomfortable sensation of caffeine psychosis.

I was on a con-call right after working out, not paying attention. Took the wrong pills (was supposed to be the omega 3, BCAA, etc. pills for post workout). Took the energy/fatburner pills, twice.

Ugh, it was uncomfortable feeling. Hated the feeling. Never a mistake I ever want to make again. It's difficult to describe. You're fully aware. Just feeling jittery and irritated and sometimes detached from your body.

Edit - My friend said to induce vomiting next time. That's hard for me to do but if I ever make that mistake again, I'll definitely do so.

caffeine overdose is soooooo bad

I have a pretty high tolerance for jitters even on coke and wizz or had. To be honest the reason I have done so many drugs is I have had few bad experiences. So, I guess I am just very lucky in that. My problem is i tend to build up tolerances rapidly, this is why i love keto, it costs me little to get drunk on this diet...

One of my favorites in politics.

The left: Tobacco is bad for you, we should ban it

Also the left: I know a guy who has some really good crystal meth.

I'd have called 911.

Considering a normal cup has, what, 40 miligrams? How many cups of coffee we talking about there?

And just three cups is enough to give me palpitations.

The caffeine pills had 250mg of caffeine each. It didn't help that the capsules looked similar to the BCAA capsules (clear gel with light tan powder in them) A monster has 180mg. A cup of coffee is 60mg of caffeine. Most people drink a cup or two in their mug so they are getting 100-140mg of caffeine with their morning cup of joe.

People at work mock me for drinking a monster in the morning with my breakfast while they pound 2-4 cups of coffee through out the morning...almost double the caffeine I intake. I do enjoy "red-pilling" them by pointing out that my choice is better than theirs. 🙂 Their jaws drop when they see how much caffeine they are putting in their bodies.

Anyway, 500 is probably the limit for me, all at once. I've read that your daily intake, if you're used to it, should be no more than 500mg for a day. So getting in 700mg all at once is bad.

You're way too excited.

Indeed, this is pretty nuts.

Ahhh, keto diets. I remember that. The caffeine pre-workout made me feel like a monster when I was sub-170lbs and lean. I could see the veins on my abs at that lean.

Keto is fun if you wish to get more bang for your buck with drugs. lol But I don't have to worry about that. WEEEEEE!!!

Never again.

It's up there with genocide, racism, and harming children: it's the worst.

I used drink coffee like a fish when I was younger. Miss those days.

But caffeine not only causes palpitations from a mere three cups now, it also seems to mess up my stomach having as little as a few cups a day.

Thank goodness I still have beer and cigars.

Yes, hot coffee is bad. I tell people the benefits are just not worth it.

Now cold brew...almost all the benefits of coffee and none of the bad things. Except the ulcers.

Honestly, I wish I could have a perfect MRE that's tailored to my recreational bodybuilding needs. Just not worry about food. Eat the MRE. And then eat the fund food on the weekends.

I can’t really drink caffeine except in low doses because of my sensitivity to it. It’s a shame because I really like the taste of energy drinks.

Unsweetened tea with lots of lemon is my favorite. Some Snapple. I’m basic.

What a shame. Its Robtards fault.

Man, I'd rather be genocided than ever have another sip of Joe after that

I used to pop 3-4 t5s by the end each one had 200mg of coffee in. Wasn't uncommon tbh.

Go buy some meal replacement powders😛 I remember when you could get met-rx in the packets I used to go through almost 90 a month.

If you wanna try something without caffeine go take 2 grams (2000 mg) of L-tyrosine and then tell me about the marathon you run with the energy you get 😛

So now there's a report saying the son McMichael had an altercation with a as of yet unknown Black man about a week prior to the Arbery murder. It's believed this likely wasn't Arbery though.
