If a white person is tired of break-ins, he gets to murder any black person that resembles the intruder with impunity?
He does not need 100% proof that the suspect is in fact the perpetrator, but others need 100% proof he has implicit racial biases or that his actions were even partially racially-motivated?
The basis for his actions is effectively 1.) black people look alike, and 2.) white people are justified in shooting them if they do not comply with orders, even if it is not in defense of person or property, and even if they are unarmed and pose no threat.
