Oh, and he isn't the one who first brought up the gay frogs thing. At first, he was originally reporting on a study a certain university did on the drug Atrozine (i think i spelled that correctly, not sure) and the negative effects it was having on frogs.

I know it's fashionable for all the uninformed to make fun of him because "he said der frogs are turning gay her derp!" but what he said is actually true, in that instance at least.
