Current Flash (Wally) v Superboy Prime

everything goes except bfr

what would happen if they fight now seeing as wallys gotten faster etc

Prime at peak, no oa amp

*no outside amp (manhattan)

current wally sits on a mobius chair and has manhattan's power

I meant before he's gotten those powers, i edited it.
