Mace Windu's Lightsaber.......

So I was browsing Star Wars Lightsaber Battles(I think it's canon) and in there is says that Mace Windu had the only purple lightsaber in the entire Jedi Order. I must admit I did not know that.

It don't make sense out of 10,000 Jedi he had the only one.

And why doesn't that make sense to you?

Yeah, a kyber crystal turning purple is extremely rare in canon, so it's no surprise that Mace is the only Jedi who had one in his era.

But if the concept art is any indicator, then purple kybers weren't as much of a rarity back in the High Republic era:

Because he is the only jedi to have mastered Vaapad, which pulls you closer to the dark side without falling to it. Remember that in canon the colours represent your soul or something like that

I mean, in this era there was only one darksaber and only one set of whitesabers as well.

Don't know why Mace having the only purple blade would be a big shock? 😕

Apparently there is a new Jedi in the upcoming TV show Jedi Temple Challenge that uses a purple lightsaber.

Don't know when this is suppose to fit into the timeline though.

I believe purple is the color of leadership. At least, from a symbolic perspective.
