All this is correct. I don't think any Trump supporter truly believes Trump is not overweight. I did laugh at Pelosi's comment because it will probably piss Trump off.

However, I can just imagine what the reaction would be if a Republican called Stacy Abrams morbidly obese. I suspect there would be a lot of outrage from democrats and the media.
