standard forum rules. (Primary canon has superiority so an anime feat can be argued if it doesn’t contradict the manga, and filler is kinda grey zoned)

Chunin exam vs Chunin exam versions, but obviously in the original series there is a major power up between the rounds for Sasuke and Naruto.

Obviously part 1 team 7 vs pre-timeskip Boruto team 7.

Either V1 Kyuubi amped Naruto or CS2 Sasuke is imo, slightly above sage mitsuki or at the very least on par with him.
