I think you don't realize that the hostility portion of your NPD has pushed almost everyone away from you.

Also, it says to not give Narcissist's attention when they act out. If no one gave you attention, positive or negative, when you had your episodes, you'd either get worse to get the attention, stop, self-harm, or quit KMC.

Sure, I can get onboard with that. I know plenty of people who use curse words in a casual setting with no inherent animosity. Then there are those who DO as such, therefore qualifying as triggered folk who use expletives to reinforce their anger. It’s just a case by case basis one should take it by - but it’s objectively true therein that the use of expletives isn’t necessarily warranted by an emotional state.

I only curse in text form online, but used to be one of those f*ckin people who f*ckin couldn't stop f*ckin saying f*ck all the f*ckin time; so I f*ckin stopped.
