This would make a interesting battle. Some of Marvels beastly fighters, taking on some of DC hand to hand and weaponry tactical fighters.

Sure, there are certain ways that the DC team could win (esp with just an hour of prep the likes of Deathstroke could come up with some very creative uses of Gorilla Grodd), but in a ‘bump-and-fight’ the Marvel team wins this.

I would give it to the Avengers. Team 2's best trump card - Grodd - is nullified by Logan and whatever it is Voodoo can bring with his magic.
