I'm not too sure about that, those aren't nomal guns. They penetrated these big robots pretty easily, threw off cannonballs trajectory and such.
And the angel wings are something unique to the manga. Think Tenchi's Light Hawk Wings, and you've got the right idea.
Probably not as powerful, but still pretty good..

It’s damn near in Spirit Bomb levels of worthless in a forum type fight. Like there is no reason All-Might wouldn’t just munch him the moment he starts glowing and screaming.
I mean no one disagrees All-Might has much faster travel speed, right? Vash isn’t tanking a punch that can change the weather

Vash was redirecting duelists gun shots with tossed pebbles. He's so fast, he dodged bullets fired from a gun that was literally pressing against his temple, while his senses were dulled (Before he learned to counteract it)"

Honestly it’s kinda a stretch to say a bullet could hurt All Might at all when he tanks blockbuster (as in attacks that completely destroy city blocks) attacks in a severely weakened state with minimum injury.
