Zoom (CW) vs The Volturi (Twilight)
CW Zoom replaces the Cullen Family and their allies in the final battle against the Volturi. Zoom knows that the Volturi are vampires, but has no other knowledge of their abilities. The Volturi know what Zoom can do (let's assume they watched Flash season 2).
No prep time for either side, starting distance of 100 yards. The fight takes place in the clearing where the final battle occurred in Breaking Dawn. To the death.
Who wins and why?
Volturi barely take it. As fast as Zoom is, he still has to run on the ground. The twins will be his downfall. Alec's mist will take effect as soon as Zoom steps foot in it, and all of his senses will shut off. Blind, deaf, unable to feel his steps on the ground while moving at a high speed. And Jane can look at you and make you feel intense pain. They're a one-two punch. And the rest of them can keep him busy while the mist spreads. The rest of the Volturi also have pretty useful power but the twins are a perfect combo to at least get Zoom on the ground and not running.

The Volturi are very large in number. Even the ones who have names is a pretty big number. And they protect Alec so he and his sister can use this exact tactic. So Zoom would have to get past every single vamp actively attacking him who is capable of seeing and reacting to him at lower to moderate speeds because they are faster than all the normal people who routinely hit speedsters all the time and all have their own unique abilities. He wouldn't even know to target the twins.
And jabbing his hand through a normal person's skull is different than doing it to a vampire. His hand would get damaged at least if he tries to jam it into a vampires diamond hard body. Even slamming into them like the normal soeedster tactic will hurt him more than it does them.
As for showing up with an army of speed clones, why? Zoom is so arrogant he'd more than likely think he could handle them all easy peasy.
OP states he knows nothing aside from these are vampires, probably doesn't even know these are twipires and much more action heroey than most vampire mediums. While they all know what his powers are so they know how to fight against him. They are a highly tactical and elite fighting unit.
Yeah, speed is an absolute huge advantage, but every single person on this site argues with speed lol Ike the speedster knows everything you do, or has some satellite beaming them information or something. This is an entire army. He has no clue how many there are, he has no clue where they all are, who they all are besides vampires or what they can do. But he somehow magically knows to target this specific individual?
Zoom gets ****ing wrecked and hard. He has no answer for this mist or any of those abilities without prep and knowledge.
Speed+prep/knowledge on opponent>hax/magic>speed
As we all know, sometimes going to fast is a bad thing, especially when you don't know wtf your fighting.

If he happens to take out the few dangerous Volturi(we have no evidence to say he will or won't, it would be random) then it's over. They all die.
An army of volturi that can't snatch away his senses or cause mind problems? Canon fodder.
And not a single one of us can prove who he'd take out first.

And I absolutely agree with Surtur in that outside of those particular abilities which seem almost custom built to stop a speedster, I don't think diamond hard bodies are gonna help much. Can't he just vibrate through it?
If Zoom knew the abilities I think he would take this. I'm not gonna lie, I have gained a shit ton of respect for the twilight verse over this past 6 months. Not the characters or story, but definitely the power levels.
The mist does come directly from Alec, but usually seems to start at his feet and just go forward. The whole point is that the Volturi know how powerful and valuable his ability is and protect him while he uses it.
So Zoom will have to contend with multiple speedsters(not as fast as a Flash no, but still insanely fast) who can see and react to him at least to some degree based on how fast they themselves move and descriptions of how they perceive the world around them. They are so much faster than the multitude of people who regularly land clean hits on speedsters all the time that it's not even funny. He won't really have time to even focus on just Alec above the other guys zipping around and actively going at him.
As for vibrating through them, he has to actual be able to physically damage them with his speedster shake. What's the toughest thing we've seen him vibrate into? Also I'm not quite sure if they ever went into detail but if he's vibrating to phase through something, how does he actually damage it? Or does he turn it solid once inside to destroy/kill people like Vision? Either way they are tougher than anything I recall him interacting with by a lot. And keep in mind you can't kill a twipire without setting them on fire using the venom in their blood. Anything else they'll just heal from or simply not be hurt by, like jumping from near orbit in a suicide attempt like Carlyle did.
And they have other powers like one can become mentally invisible, as in, you don't register his presence or even notice he's there and he could be standing right in front of you. Another valuable power when surrounded by other people actively attacking a single opponent and putting all of his focus on them.
One of them can even make him happy to just be there around them and that would probably stop him fighting even if he's getting hit.
As for Jane, it's a possibility for her to focus on him while he's running and hit him with the pain, as again twipires are very fast and would imo at least be able to see and react to Zoom considering how they move so fast they basically turn into blurs or go invisible, even while already fighting at superspeed showing they can go faster. And if she can't, then Alec's mist would get him slowed or stopped enough for her to use it if he decides to turn it off because once you get in it, you're basically immobile.
So yeah, Zoom would absolutely do damage and take wins imo if he knew what the Volturi could do and got creative. But just trying to run at them fast and knock them around or phase through them isn't gonna end too well when they have unique abilities kinda designed to mess up speedsters(like all twipires are). And are so tough that if he just bullrushes like he does a lot, or tries to physically overpower them, he's gonna get crushed or damage himself in the process. Remember when Barry first tried to teach Wally how phase through a wooden wall and he smacked into it so hard he bounced off? Imagine that, but a much tougher wall that's human sized and can run around at super speed himself. Now imagine a bunch of them.

They're not Flash level but they're faster than everything else that has ever tagged a Flash or CW Speedster by like 1,000.
Sure, he's instantly going to kill beings who, while in a very weakened state from not drinking blood can easily survive falls from near orbit and can't be killed without another vampire using the venom from their fangs to assist in biting off their neck, and then burning the corpse, as aside from that they are essentially unbreakable.

The problem is that yes people way slower than these vampires have tagged speedsters on the show, but we both know that's just how it goes sometimes on these shows. At their fastest speed levels the twi-vamps would still be motionless to zoom. Nobody is gonna have time to really do anything.
As for vibrating, it's just moving his hand so fast it moves through a solid object. If he solidifies his hand in their brains it won't matter how tough their skin is. Speedsters have phased through dense material too. Though I couldn't name the ep offhand. They do have limits I think on what they can go through, but based on feats alone I don't think the phasing would be a problem here. The vamps are supposed to have skin as hard as diamonds, but on pure feats I don't know if I'd grant that level of toughness.
You're also comparing a noob Wally to Zoom. Also speedsters do hit with a lot of force and they also can withstand impacts that would kill a normal person and keep going. On top of having healing factors too.

It does not even come close to the top speed of Zoom. It's not even in the same ballpark.
