Fury... eventually.

The Fury seemed to be MJJs weakness. If a character happened to be in its way to it's goal (MJJ), they would ultimately be neutralized. That's my understanding, anyway. If Amazo was a hindrance, I could see Amazo losing after an epically long battle.

Amazo would just keep on absorbing/copying Fury. Could be a stalemate.

Could be. I'd lean towards Furys plot device shenanigans though. They are kind of the same character.

If they're the same, then it would be a stalemate. Amazo at his best was copying Hournan 1M, who had the Warlogog at the time. The thing about Amazo, is that he used the power/artifact better than Hourman. He evolved past Hourman. Amazo even copied human physiology.
