There's a story behind both.

The VP of HR always made comments about how smoking weed or doing the CBD oil thing was not acceptable and her "go to" was mentioning someone getting a hankering for Doritos so she would randomly drug test the rabid Dorito eaters and it became a company inside joke the entire year.

The Vanilla Coke was my boss' favorite drink. So, naturally, I put them both in IT's Christmas video as an inside joke because no one in IT would help me with IT's video (every winter holiday, each department did their owb winter/Christmas themed video and IT was super busy that year so I ended up just doing a vid in one night).
