Force Drain??

Are Sidious and Talzin the only characters who have used this ability in canon?

The Queen of Ktath'atn was able to use a variation of it on those who were connected to her "hive":

However, she used some sort of esoteric tech to drain non-hive members(like Luke) -- essentially hookah-smoking the Force out of them:

And it was also stated that the ancient Sith Lords used Force Drain to amp their powers and extend their lives:

"Did you know that Sith Lords could sometimes drain the Force energy from their captives? Siphoning life from them and using it to strengthen their connection to the dark side? Extending their own lives, as well, so that they could live for centuries beyond their intended expiration?"

Meh. Looks like it's an Anzat. They basically eat brains or at least the did... I guess this guy just has a particular taste for "stories".
