Round 1: h2h combat
Round 2: Wolverine can use claws. Elektra gets her swords
Round 3: Same as above except Elektra has has adamantium swords.

She would stomp in H2H but loses out to his healing factor and adamantium. She makes him work for it but she can never put him down
