Depends on the details. They were told to move, the question is why? Were they interfering in their work?
No one would defend a reporters right to do their jobs if they hindered firemen emergency responders from doing theirs, would they?

Read about this, this morning when I was taking my morning poop.
I'm having a hard time seeing this as anything but a violation of the first amendment.
Here is the First Amendment Text:
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
Seems pretty obvious this is a First Amendment violation, to me. Sure, CNN is complete and utter shite and is more or less an enemy of the people. But that's their right protected by the US Constitution.
