ANYBODY with common sense and good eyesight can see that in this panel It doesn't appear he utilized a lot of momentum to get them off him. THATS why it's flexing.

This new scans proved exactly what I said. He has his arms extended Even more so in this new scan too. Your like shooting down your own arguments.
You say he hulk flexed but post scam that say he shrugged.

In this panel, it LITERALLY shows him flexing his muscles without even moving his arms. Hercules in the same arc moved the weight of the earth with sunspot so his strength was operating at high tier. You can't show me Superman flexing off two high tiers 😂

He shook them off. 😂 look at his arms and direction of his palms.

He just swung his arms and shook/ shrugged them off.

The script you posted also stated shrugged and that he was struggling. A simple flex of the muscles would contradict this. If all it took was for him to flex his muscles then he would never have struggled.
But..
Let’s say he did flex, what muscles did he flex to get them off?

It was Minimal movement, he clearly flexed.
