How far does the Emperor go?

As crazy as it sounds. He beats Hela with ease. This is a rare time someone less powerful can beat a more powerful foe.

How?

Well he can use TK to stop and send her blades back at her.
He can hold her in the air against her will since she cannot fly.
He can decapitate her with the lightsaber.

No it's not, and for an easy example Dormammu would crush Hela, Surtur, and Odin at the same time.

Palpatine has the ability to
1. Send her blades back at her.
2. Lift her in the air to remain helpless
3. Decapitate her.
