Wakanda is tough and has the numbers advantage, but a random fight against Krakoa should be too much. I feel like the mutants have less prep-reliant options.
Also, Wakanda should have accepted the Krakoan trade agreement. This whole "we'll only speak with Storm" thing Hodari implied ain't gonna cut it. uhuh
