What are easy methods to install HP solution center?

While working on HP printer, I am facing technical problems with my printing machine. When I give a suitable command to my printing machine for printing procedure, my printer device refuses to print the needed documents clearly. I am getting blank documents, so I think that it can be the problems of ink levels. I am not sure about this technical problem. So, I want to install HP Solution Center to check out the ink levels correctly. I don’t have much experience to complete installation process of HP solution center. I clicked the link but it asks for my credit card information to make sure I am a legitimate member with the HP Solution Center.

When I enter my credit card information, it also asked for the expiration date and the security code on the back.

But now when I go to purchase pizza, it says "there was a problem with your credit card." And I can't order pizza. Sofia120, are you legit or is this a scam?
