Hallucinations or imaginary stuff that stops corruption, chaos and threat to wildlife

Could there any hallucinations, imaginary friends/things or dreams that discourage people from committing irrational acts so that'd prevent the triggering of any disastrous consequences like including even the threat to wildlife or ecosystems, chaos in the streets, others getting corrupted or duped into becoming miscreants and the mistreatment of innocent exotic wild animals (especially endangered species) or pets (mostly mammals, birds and reptiles)?

But i was trying to think of the most harmless thing that will never ever possibly ruin or destroy precious lives.
