This middle school teacher couldn't possibly be talking about the mobilization of police and military forces to enforce lockdown measures like other countries did when she compared them to enforcing moblization measures against protesters.

1) You don't think that where Police/army have been deployed to prevent movement bring food etc numbers have been kept lower than in the uk and yes?
