Were Jedi the only ones who could deflect or dodge blaster fire?

Were there any non-force sensitive characters who were capable of blocking or dodging blaster fire?

I can do it!

I mean Canon has Sgt. Kreel so..that's who comes to mind for Canon, I recall with that training thing using his lightsaber where he reacted to some blaster fire with the remotes. Though I don't think blaster bolt speed has been verified in Canon, so not sure it's that impressive. Or if it's just an outlier/one off/inconsistent.

Prior Canon, yeah there were, though one obviously need to be superhuman/augmented/precognition in some form to do so.

Droids certainly can.

Karbin can.

Grievous deflects some once or twice in TCWs I think.

Dodge? I'm sure we've seen Clones dodge blaster fire.
