so if someone points a loaded firearm at a cop, the cop would have to wait till he got shot? if he's charged with a knife he/she has to wait for the blade to puncture their flesh? wow that's extreme, especially since the 2nd amendment also applies to an officer's right to defend him/herself from an imminent threat of lethal attack with lethal force.

keep in mind i said "imminent threat of lethal attack", which most of these cop-on-black killings seem to lack. like in this case of "i was scared because he pointed a lon-lethal taser at me for a 16th of a second, as he was running away with his back to me. omg so terrified. had no choice but to execute him"
