Yeah, there was also a show involving Charlie Brooker, Jimmy Carr, Lauren Laverne and another comedian whose name escapes me, and that bombed. It was supposed to be a satirical news channel but when you have that many comedians with different styles on a channel 4 in such close timing you lose their edge and what made them fun in the first place.

Shapiro is used to being asked prescreened or softball questions when he's on Fox News and One America News or by whatever Rightist he's interviewing, so his instincts told him Neil must be a "Leftist" when he couldn't answer Neil's regular questions.
