Zedge for ringtones, I have Rains of Castamere as current tone, classic Doink the Clown before that.

install face time, go to input settings, you should be able to see if video works if it doesn't work, uninstall facetime. i feel awkward having to suggest that tbh 🤓

re:youtube downloads, you'll just have to google it and filter search results to within the past year (or less)

The thing is Zedge already has all that, that's the point. People upload literally everything you could ever want from various sources and it installs the tones for you.

Worth a shot, unless you like doing things the hard way.
