Honestly, I think China rebuffing US pressure is a GOOD thing. The United States and their backers have been out of control for awhile now. If there's a real threat to the world, we are it.
China may not be a perfect society, but the West is nothing but cold corporate profits, human rights are just another smokescreen for fatcat investors to make their profits while the underclass continues to suffer. Maybe they need to be taken down a peg. Maybe it's time for a new world order.
I think UK news topped the US for bizarre news today. It turns our MI5 ****ed up... Charles has kicked the sussex's out of their house and a dump of texts from the health secretary who may or may not be part of the beta site (he sends threatening texts to people at 1 am) shows he did not give a **** about front line workers or old people during Covid. Oh yeah we want to send an advanced missile system to the Ukraine but nobody else wants us too.
