I have. Not all of them, but early on I watched without hunting for anything like gaffes or whatever because I like to see what our politicians have to say. He starts off fast and lucid, and after about a minute or two gradually winds down until he's stumbling over filler words and looking confused.
Take that as you will, just telling you what I saw. This was before the "Biden is senile" memes btw, maybe within the first year or so.

Biden does mumble and stumble, as he's a life-long stutterer, also gets stuck at times, but he's also in his 80s.
