The ransomware thing; How the heck do they even get in? How are they sure it isn't an inside job, by employees trying to extort money from their own company while playing the victim?
Case in point;

A recent survey of about 100 cybersecurity executives in North America has found that cybercriminals have requested about 50 percent of business employees and leaders to assist in actualizing a ransomware attack.Employees are critical to the success of organizations, but some factors may influence employees acting contrary to norms. Nobody loves to be fired from their position, and some employees may act maliciously. For example, a part-time remote employee working with a Credit Union in New York was fired in May and used her access to delete more than 21GB of sensitive company data. Juliana Barile, the fired employee, deleted more than 200,000 files carrying sensitive data that included mortgage applications. Barile is currently awaiting sentencing for her actions after she pleaded guilty. The big question is how Barile retained access to the server after she had been fired. It seems that the IT team hadn't found time to effect the changes as late as two days post-firing when Barile deleted the files. We can begin to see the challenges that businesses are facing concerning insider threats.
LOL, they point out an employee wiping out debt as an example of "Ransom"? She wasn't demanding shite, she just wanted to get back at her soulless money grabbing bosses.
I WISH she was the typical "ransomware" hacker, that's like a modern day Robin Hood, stealing from financial juggernauts and giving to their victims.
It's also funny they mention CEO's and bosses. They create a culture of greed thinking it will be good for business, then act surprised when greedy leaders stab them in the back lmao.
America really is the modern day Rome collapsing in on itself. No loyalty anymore, only greed.
So seriously, what do you really think about black/white violence?
Like, obvo obv. you're expecting me to make an argument about how a white guy murders a black guy and it's on every news channel and.vice versa isn't story, but I'm more interested in the "oppression" angle. Some.people really do argue if a white guy starts something with a black guy and gets knifed it's his fault for provoking it, but if a black dude starts something with a white guy and gets knifed the white guy is way over the top.and should be in .
Because oppression? Is that really a catch all justification for anything blacks do, while privilege demands perfect behavior from white people?

I feel like you are tilting at windmills man. Maybe Fox News is telling you this is what liberals believe, so you are amping yourself up for some argument, when we don't believe anything you just said. It's almost not even a strawman when you make it this obvious, and yet, it still is.
How about I try? You conservatives just want poor people to go kill themselves right? Like explain to me why you feel that way? It doesn't make any sense to me why you feel that way?

I mean, I'm just saying what I see.. Lot of writers saying in all seriousness "It's different because X is considered oppressed (They could be talking about a rich Jewish mogul and make that argument about Jews being oppressed,.I've.seen that too)"
And yeah, being truthful I don't think you're wrong about a.lot of people.who claim to be conservatives actually masking those feelings either.
Look, I grew up in a Democrat household. My grandfather was a big Democrat, my folks all.voted blue.. We weren't progressive though, not even close.
I see all these arguments about race and rights and I never really see anything about basic beliefs. Like, SHOULD there be double standards? Why not talk about that? Or should the general public even be participating in debates on policy, or suoild they leave it to the experts and just shut up?,
Nobody states that stuff anymore, you only get it by reading between the lines and in.an "AHA" moment realize "Ok, this woman claims she believes in Democracy yet she also said the CDC should be the last word on public health. Did.she read her history books and learn how public health organizations in Nazi Germany enforced public health initiatives to genocide people? Doesn't she realize people here in America come from tyranny's? Can't she understand mistrust of authority is perfectly natural, and try and persuade people who are hesitant on principles that aren't bound up in disinformation campaigns?"
But no,.the public is basically treated like morons and all the problems are set at the feet of partisan extremists like nothing else exists but what we watch on Fox News or CNN.
But do people BELIEVE that?
The Quest to Pick Up the Lost Lifting Stones of Ireland
For centuries, Ireland’s stones were more than just a feature of the rugged landscape: The ability to pick them up off of the ground had deep practical and spiritual meaning. Lifting stones were used in tests of manhood (and, in a few cases, womanhood), hoisted at funerals to honor the dead, carried at weddings in celebration of the couple, and used to determine whether a man was strong enough to earn work as a farmhand. But in the 18th and 19th centuries, during British colonization, the practice largely vanished. Most of the stones remained untouched where they were last lifted. -snip
Knew the Scots tossed about logs, didn't know the Irish carried rocks.
