On imgur they did an experiment with "The Gif" and first posted a 1px by 1px version. Then 2px by 2px, and so forth. Of course the line was eventually crossed and they got banned...but there was definitely a line because the update posting went on for a while, and they were transparent in what they were doing, so the mods were probably watching from the start

I don't know...they were masked and hooded, and in the video it looks like the gun had a silencer, so depending on the reaction of any witnesses, it might have gone generally unnoticed as the shooter fled. People either loudly called attention to the shooting, or they had bystander syndrome and stayed silent. My money is on bystander. TBH I probably would have stayed silent if had been in the area because I'm not getting shot trying to help avenge a fallen upper class uber yuppie.

Considering how he planned this out, I doubt he was dumb enough to have his cellphone on him, then again, don't you need a phone to rent one of those e-bikes? Unless if was his bike to begin with, which then could possibly be traced back to him. I'm still going with him being caught within days, maybe weeks.
