I suspected it but didn't want to say anything, but now I see "legal expert" opinions confirming. They really f*cked up with that terrorism charge.
They literally have his notes confessing that he decided not to use a bomb because he didn't want innocent casualties. It's not a slam dunk acquittal, because the question remains "would he have used a bomb if that wasn't the case". I think they will end up having to convince the jury that he would have used a bomb if all kills were guaranteed +XP with no friendly kills
I really think they'll have to decide on that hypothetical, which is kinda weak.

One person killing another for political reasons is an assassination. Example: Lee Harvey Oswald was technically not a domestic terrorist. If he had used an IED instead of a rifle, I think we'd have been taught in school that JFK was killed in a domestic terrorist attack.
Just my interpretation though. The word "terrorist" is always being perverted and soon it will simply be a legal euphemism for anyone who displeases the oligarchy
