Brian Hooker, chief scientific officer of Children's Health Defense, filmed an interview in west Texas in March with the parents of the six-year-old child who died from measles—the first measles death in the US in a decade.
Hooker and Polly Tommey, an anti-vaccine film-maker with Children's Health Defense, also interviewed other Mennonite families in west Texas. And they visited the medical office of Ben Edwards while patients and Edwards himself had symptomatic measles, they said.
"Full disclosure, 18 days after visiting Seminole, Texas sitting in a measles clinic and being exposed to Doctor Ben with the measles, I got the measles. So cool," Hooker said.

DeSantis was remembering Hogan's appearance in Rocky III and early Wrestlemania events when, in a touch worthy of Monday Night Raw, a run-in ensued.
A man in the back of the room yelled out about Alligator Alcatraz, asking DeSantis if that was his "****ing legacy," and accusing him of having "bowed down to a pedophile," saying DeSantis himself was a "pedophile" as part of his denouncements.
As he was being dragged away, the man also shouted, "All of you are ****ing Nazis! **** you all!"

So the right's argument for why Trump couldn't be on the files is that the Dems would have used it against Trump when they were in power. Which is stupid unless you assume there's no way any big Democrat could be on the files also. So these Rightists actually assume the Dems are completely innocent with that theory.
Anyway it's been confirmed Trump's name is definitely on the files just not confirmed in what capacity.
Either way I wouldn't trust any version Trump releases at this point.

Obviously. But the Dems clearly had access to the same list last term. So the argument is why didnt they use it if it implicated Trump.

Because the Department of Justice serves the People of the United States, not the President. No other President in the history of the U.S. has tried to weaponize the DoJ against political opponents.
This is "both sides" bullshit in action. You are suggesting Democrats are guilty of wrongdoing for honoring Constitutional norms instead of ringing the alarm about a Republican doing something completely unprecedented and wrong.
