Cheeseburgers aren't American though. I mean, it's a Hamburger with a slice of cheese on it, it's German.

I've watched a couple of YouTube vids with people ranting about this Cuties movie, apparently it's full of slo-mo crotch shots and other weird shit. Pass.

Also, 'American as apple pie' might be a saying but it's an incorrect one. Apples are from Central Asia originally, and the pie was invented in England, Geoffrey Chaucer actually is credited as being the first person to print an apple pie recipe.
