I'm sure some probably have.
I honestly don't think Pac has aged that well. He hasn't aged as poorly as some but his music is definitely not as unique as it was when it came out. He was huge because of the sheer breadth of shit he'd rap about that gave him a depth that was unheard of in the mainstream, but now? There's plenty of rappers who have that quality to him and to be blunt his lyrical and technical abilities are much more basic than Biggie's are.
Pac also has a feature with Bone Thugs and you can hear the difference. Pac just sort of does what he usually does, whereas Biggie switched up his flow and delivery to match theirs and, IMO, outdoes them all.
Biggie is in my top three, Pac would be lucky to make my top twenty tbh.
