The cases I studied (where a person or people were found guilty of cyberbullying) were truly heinous acts of bullying where individuals followed a person (this is common) across multiple social media sites, making comments and posts that mock the individual, tells the person to kill themselves, and sends disparaging private messages to mutual acquaintances and friends. Key elements were it was rather one-sided in almost all situations (with the victim reacting, not instigating).

Calling what you and PVS are doing "criminal" is a gross misnomer. It's not even close. It's two grown-ass men going at it. Unless you are trying to ruin is private life?
