In order to get legal disability label, you have to get the medical stuff. X-rays, etc. Not really easy to pull off medical disability and get the legal status, contrary to popular belief from right-wingers who think every black women is on welfare.

Everything I've seen is his back is ****ed and he takes too many opiates to control the pain and that's that. He has what a lot of people have. My mother is one of them, except the opiates, she just does garden variety pain control now.
