Biden already has power and influence and is exercising it in his president-elect office. This is how it always is for incoming presidents in the few short weeks before being sworn in.

And Trump did similar things same thing as soon as he won election.

So did Obama. So did Bush Jr.

The only thing I don't see the previous presidents doing that Biden did is the foreign deals right after election. Pretty sure that's a violation of the Logan Act and what they tried to get Flynn for.
