I got involved with KMC through it's Versus threads. A friend of mine had said "Oh man I found this place where people argue over Star Wars fights" and I was pretty hooked.

Quickly fell into other parts of the board. There's a lot of fun in those kinds of arguments, and they are typically harmless.

Except of course the seething hatred I still hold for Robtard, who foolishly believes that John McClane can beat anyone - a guide to his absolutely broken and feeble mind, and something I will never forgive him for.
