I was only speaking technically, you can call water wet and nobody will really roll their eyes at you. A person can be wet or a person can be dry, water cannot exist in a dry state, therefore it technically cannot exist in a wet one

Yeah, also I was wrong technically with the dry person example as a person can't really be dry as skin and hair should always have a level of moisture.
