They both also seemed unable to stop talking about KMC and "the losers" on it. Though I usually felt the same way about the things they were saying about some of the posters on here I didn't see the need to constantly bring it up as they did.

You know a law that's messed up? The type that charges someone with theft if they found a diamond ring and didn't get around to reporting it until two weeks later.

From a pragmatic lens, what do you expect such a law to encourage?

Choices are:

A. Going out of your way to immediately return lost item.
B. Leaving lost items where you find them.

I think many would go with B. Why even get involved,.under threat of criminal charges?

Of course there's also C, they keep the thing, but that's theft anyways so..

Bottom line, such laws only add to peoples fears of dealing with the police at all. Better not to ever contact them, since you never can tell if they may turn on you for breaking an unforseen law.

That's what I hate about modern video games. They're usually fantasy RPGs (usually anime based), sports simulators or FPS simulators where you kill aliens, zombies or black people.
