You probably read someone saying it's an "internet meme".
No, it's not:

This is old advice from authorities and lawyers. The fact such laws may or may not exist is beside the point.
But keep on playing your pathetic "gotcha games", instead of engaging in meaningful conversation (God forbid ever having a conversation with someone who doesn't believe things you believe. 😱😉

Insert mainly Whirly's name here... 😂 Poor old Surt. Cdtm, like Surt propages other people's drivel as facts as he thinks someone as retarded as Tim Pool or Tucker Carlson lends weight to his argument. Two village idiots spewing ill thought out rubbish has no more weight than one imho.

Your argument hinged on a "fact" that was not really a fact, but a lie.
Protip: Stop saying stupid shit if you can't handle being called out on it, you moron

They literally can. It's part of their ToS, for better or for worse.
My understanding is that it's more complex then the ToS.
Mainly, because they argue they're a platform, and not a publisher, which would subject them to strict regulations. So they're generally careful about actually deleting accounts for cause.
And a lot of business owners count on Facebook and other social media, so to randomly delete accounts for no reason at all would affect a lot of livelihoods.
Did he even get a warning?
FB can suspend or delete your account as per their terms.
eg FB suspended your hero Trump's account for two years, with the option to permanently** delete.
**The one reason FB might not be able to permanently delete Trump's account is because he was POTUS and what he says becomes national archive related.

They literally don't care. They're *****, and they'll continue to use all the excuses in the world (the whole platform vs publisher thing), but at the end of the day, nobody will do shit about it.
You're better off just not using them.
