Birmingham is a major city in England’s West Midlands region, with multiple Industrial Revolution-era landmarks that speak to its 18th-century history as a manufacturing powerhouse. It’s also home to a network of canals, many of which radiate from Sherborne Wharf and are now lined with trendy cafes and bars. In the city centre, the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery is known for pre-Raphaelite masterpieces. -Google

Doesn't sound too bad on paper. Is Birmingham a known shit-hole to the UKers?

It kinda is. Manchester is no.3 (in size), but be honest which one of those two have you heard of ?

Point being its not the size that matters, but how its used

I love the road with all the curry houses on it in Birmingham. I once had a Muay Thai bout at Aston leisure centre.

Curry houses? Like houses painted yellow or a bunch of Indian restaurants?

Indian restaurants. Isn't it called 'The Curry Mile' or is that somewhere else? Used to be some decent clubs in Birmingham back in the day.

Sounds both delicious and diarrhea dangerous.

I thought the curry mile was in Manchester, is their one in in Brummy too?

It'd be a journey of curries and booze. Rob has a point that'd involve in diarrhoea but **** it... Nice meat and spice and booze!

Yeah Manchester is known for our Curry mile. Peeps come from Birmingham for our curry mile. No one goes from here for their equivalent.

But they do have Cadbury World. So there is that.

I'd have to look into that.

Do you live in Birmingham?

Wolverhampton

Wolverhampton was named the best place to live in the UK, according to a survey by Provident in 2020. The city was ranked highest for all categories in the survey, which included how welcoming the city is, how friendly residents are, how polite residents are, safety, upkeep of the area, trust, happiness and gossip. -snip

Not too shabby

Manchester is also good, Cardiff beats both.

Mountain Oysters are delicious.

They call them that because if “bull testicles” were listed in the menu, nobody would eat the damn things.

Hi. My name’s Matt and I’m from Texas. 👆

It's settled then, the KMC UKers are having a meetup in Manchester and then doing a curry crawl down the curry mile while having drinks followed by endless bouts of diarrhea. 🙂

Well if that is where the curry is...

I know a place where they make it extra hot. Their asses will all be on fire the next day.

Is that in Manchester or Birmingham?
