Durability is close but Feige already made it clear. Thanos beat the most powerful MCU character after he withstood damage from cap, Thor, Tony, and SW. Thanos is the greatest warrior of the MCU and he defeated thus far the most powerful character from the MCU which only adds to his accolades. I do believe Thanos is stronger than she is just not as powerful.
