If you’re giving Superman his Sword you can add Galactus to surfer’s side and Superman still stomps.

Superman never accomplished anything with said sword. While Superman started to absorb said sword he began to gain omniscient, and once he reached the hilt, he stopped.

Using logics, yes Superman might have become an Omnipotent being, but since he stopped the process, he can’t really claim he would have become one. The most we might give this Superman is omniscient and omnipresent.
