Who wins?

Black Winter.

How Mageddon worked was it came and drove a planet's inhabitants crazy with aggression.

Not sure how it would fare one on one.

To be fair we don't really have any idea what Dark Thor is anyway. I have a feeling it's just Thor from another universe who has thebnecroblade

Though Mageddon is really crazy powerful and capable of destroying the universe in a certain amount of time , It only puts him at a universal tier at best
Black Winter on the other hand, We see him destroying a universe and continuing to destroy more, A solid trans universal being at this point imo

The Black Winter isn’t a dark Thor, it’s an entity that eats universes. It only took the form of Thor to talk to him and Galactus.
